RETURNS AND REFUNDS

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

All purchased items, including sales items, may be returned.

We recommend  trying  the purchased item on with special care, without removing the identification tag and without breaking the labels, because returns that are not in the same conditions in which you received them, with missing or damaged labels or tags, shall not be accepted for any reason.

It is possible to make the Return within 30 days from receipt of the goods.

  1. RETURN TO A STORE

You may return the products at any Nuvolari store. In that case, you must go to the shop and hand in the items jointly with the receipt contained in the parcel.

The refund will be issued within 3 business days.

The store will issue a sheet to certify that the garments have been returned.

 Note: it is not possible to return items purchased online from the Nuvolari Outlet Stores (Dima Shopping, Via Tuscolana, Fashion District Valmontone Outlet, I Granai).

  1. RETURN BY SHIPMENT/COURIER

You need to print out the following return form.

After filling in all the required data you need to send it to the following email address servizioclienti@nuvolari.biz

We will reply as soon as possible by sending you the waybill to be applied on the parcel. The UPS courier will call on the next business day at the indicated shipping address.

We will issue the refund within 3 business days from receipt of the parcel.

 

  1. RETURN AT UPS ACCESS POINT

You need to print out the following return form.

After filling in all the required data you need to send it to the following email address servizioclienti@nuvolari.biz

We will reply as soon as possible by sending you the waybill to be applied on the parcel. You may now go to the closest UPS Access Point and drop off the parcel.

We will issue the refund within 3 business days from receipt of the parcel.

  

The refund will take place with the same payment method used for the purchase (if you have paid with credit card or PayPal).

If you have chosen Cash on Delivery as the payment method, you must send an email to servizioclienti@nuvolari.biz with your bank details for the issue of a bank transfer.

  

RETURNS ARE FREE ANYWHERE IN ITALY.

RETURNS FOR RESIDENTS IN EUROPEAN AND EXTRA-EUROPEAN COUNTRIES ARE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.

It is possible to make the Exchange within 30 days from receipt of the goods.
 

  1. EXCHANGE AT A STORE 

You may exchange the products at any Nuvolari store. In that case, you must go to the store and hand in the items jointly with the receipt found in the parcel.

It is possible to exchange any item having the same or higher price. 

Note: it is not possible to exchange items purchased online from the Nuvolari Outlet Stores (Dima Shopping, Via Tuscolana, Fashion District Valmontone Outlet, I Granai).

THE FIRST EXCHANGE IS FREE ANYWHERE IN ITALY, THE FOLLOWING EXCHANGES SHALL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.
