RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

 

The return is always free for Italy (otherwise the shipping costs are charged to the customer).

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Returns and size exchange are possible in store for all items purchased on the Nuvolari website.

We invite you to take special care while trying the items, to not remove the identification tag of warranty and without breaking the labels. Every item that is not in the same condition as received, for any reason, won’t be accepted.

The return can be made within 30 days of the delivery of the package. The RETURN TIKCET needs to be filled in with all the required data, subsequently the customer service will respond within 3 working days by sending the return label to be applied on the package. Insert the items to be returned possibly in the original package; make sure that the external envelope is well sealed and apply the return label found on the package. Once we receive the request for return we will book a home pickup of the package, presumably the next working day to the address indicated for shipment. The refund is expected within 14 working days from receipt of the return package. We will refund the amount paid net of any transport costs with the method of payment used during the purchase. If you paid cash on delivery, please indicate the IBAN in the appropriate form in order to issue the bank transfer.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE IN STORE

You can return the products in any Nuvolari store, always within 30 days of receipt of goods, delivering the items together with the receipt contained in the package directly to the employees in the store. Then we will refund the amount paid net of any shipping charges with the method of payment used during the purchase. If you paid cash on delivery, the IBAN will be required in order to make the refund.

The store will issue a document to certify the return of the items.

Any changes can be made only and exclusively in Nuvolari stores with any item of equal or higher price, any difference can be paid directly in store.

It is not possible to return or exchange the items purchased online in the Nuvolari Outlet Stores (Dima Shopping, Via Tuscolana, Fashion District Valmontone Outlet, I Granai).
