What are the shipping costs?
We offer a standard free delivery service anywhere in Italy.
The cost of shipping to European Union countries is € 12, to Switzerland and Norway it is € 18 and € 29 to the rest of the world.
How long will it take to receive the products I ordered?
Shipping is through UPS, with standard courier and delivery in 24/48 hours. ATTENTION: delivery terms might increase by several days based on availability and restocking of items at the manufacturing companies.
I’m never home, how can I receive the products I ordered?
At the time of placing the order you may opt for the UPS Access Point service which provides the option of receiving the order at the nearest UPS Access Point. The service makes it possible to pick up orders in the evening and at weekends as well, allowing our customers to best organise their schedule. On our website you may also choose the in-store pick-up option at one of the Nuvolari stores in Italy.
How can I track my order?
To track delivery you may use the Tracking Number code that UPS will automatically send to your email so that you can monitor your order status at any time.
How do I return an item?
Items may be returned by downloading the return form from the "Returns and Refunds" section then sending the form complete with all the required information to email@example.com or by phoning +39-06-4181621.
Can I return or replace the items I ordered at the Nuvolari stores?
You may replace the garments with any other product of the same season or return undesired items at the stores, by showing the invoice issued with the shipment. The refund will be issued by the headquarters within 3 business days. The store will issue a sheet to certify that the garments have been returned. ATTENTION: it is not possible to return or change items purchased online at Nuvolari Outlet Store.
I received the goods but the shipping boxes are damaged, what should I do?
Any external damage or discrepancy in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, by writing “conditional collection” on the appropriate accompanying document, to be confirmed within 8 days by registered letter with return receipt to the courier, whose address is shown on the accompanying document. In the specific case of damaged packaging, write “conditional collection because the package is damaged”.
Do I have to sign in to make an order?
To be able to order from our online Store it is not necessary to have an account, you may place an order even in "Guest" mode. However, should you decide to sign in, we ask for some basic information to be able to contact you at any time and make our service even more efficient.
How can I cancel an order?

Can I get points on my Fashion Card if I make an order online?

Is it possible to purchase a gift card online?
Yes, it is possible to purchase a gift card online by clicking the "Gift Card" option in our website’s menu then entering the desired amount (the minimum amount you can enter is 30 Euro).
