Deliveries and orders

 

What are the shipping costs?

We offer a free standard delivery service for Italy for orders over €70.00.

 

SHIPPING COSTS WITH SDA/BRT

  • € 7, 90 for orders under € 70.00;
  • € 4.00 extra charge for cash payment on delivery;
  • Click & Collect, pick up in one of our Nuvolari stores: delivery is free.

SHIPPING COSTS WITH UPS

  • € 15,00 for shipments for the EU, England and Switzerland;
  • € 80,00 for shipments to America;
  • € 110.00 for shipments to Asia and Oceania;
  • € 70.00 for shipments to the Rest of the World and Hungary;
  • € 4.00 extra charge for cash payment on delivery;

 

How long will it take to receive the products ordered?

The standard shipment with BRT/SDA/UPS takes 2-6 working days.

WARNING: delivery times may increase by several days in particular periods (sales, pre-sales, black Friday, etc ...)

 

How can I track my order?

You can monitor the shipping status of your order once you receive the tracking number by email from the courier BRT / UPS / SDA.

 

How do I return an item?

Items can be returned by downloading the return form in the "Returns and Refunds" section and sending the complete form with all the information to our Customer Service.

 

Can I return or exchange items ordered in Nuvolari stores?

You can return or exchange any items of your order in store.

The refund will be processed by the head office within 3 working days. The store will issue a document to certify the return of the items.

WARNING: It is not possible to return or exchange items purchased online in the Nuvolari Outlet Stores (Dima Shopping, Tuscolana - Nuvolari Outlet Store, Fashion District Valmontone Outlet, I Granai).

 

I have received the goods but the delivery boxes are damaged, what should I do?

Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, adding the wording "with reserve" on the appropriate accompanying document.

 

Do I need to register to place an order?

You don't need to have an account to order from our online store.

If you decide to register instead, we require a few basic information to be able to contact you at any time and make our service even more efficient.

 

 How do I cancel an order?

If you decide to cancel an order you can contact our Customer Service and open a ticket.

 

Can I purchase a gift card online?

Yes, you can buy a gift card online by clicking the "Gift Card" option from the menu of our site, choosing the amount you want.
